Freedom Mortgage was the rudest and has the most disrespectful people working for them. My husband and I being disabled Veterans we were ignored, cussed at, hung up on and when asked who we were speaking with were given false names and return phone numbers. This company can not be trusted. We paid for an appraisal and they never released it. I will never deal with this company again. TV and I would advise User's recommendation: Veteran's United.
