It's not a good call number, as no options are provided to speak to a live person. I have been trying to navigate my issue with credit and or refund and those options are not provided. The option to peak to a representative is contingent on which of the options you are given, but with no option of speaking to a representative. My issue of refund or credit ifs not an option. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as I have been trying to resolve this issue since YOUR COMPANY cancelled my trip. If you do not have enough reps to answer customer concerns then perhaps you should hire more repreentative. User's recommendation: More options and an option to speak to a representative.
