Failed to receive items

I made 2 orders in April 2020 which never arrived. I have spent the last 5 months trying to get hold of this company to arrange a refund. The only response I get is a computer generated reply saying 'I will check with our finance department'. I then get no response. I did manage to get a phone number off trust pilot but when I first called it just rang out. Now the number is not recognised. I still have not received my refund for over £100 worth of items. I wish that I had read the trust pilot reviews before using this company as the majority of reviews are from people who have had similar experiences. User's recommendation: Avoid this company.
