Update by user May 24, 2020 Hi. Like in the past they said that they would send me a replacement pair of boots for free. The other replacement ones were never sent and they closed my account. I don't expect this replacement pair to be sent either. I did however order another pair last night maybe I'll receive them. I understand the tracking process much better now because of them. Thank you, Rodney S. Original review posted by user Apr 24, 2020 Corachic had my new boots sent to New Jersey rather than to me in California. As far as they are concerned the subject is closed. They're responsibility ended upon delivery. User's recommendation: This is the second order that I made for these boots. They lost the first pair too. Just don't do business with them.
