When Randalls changed their shopping app a few weeks ago, I was very frustrated about features that were lost and quite unsatisfied with my consultation with their customer service line and a store manager with my questions. It didnt seem that either was very familiar with the old app, much less the new app. And I couldnt find my shopping list for the week because of the changes. I contacted Randalls customer service today and found the original shopping list option reinstated and my old list pulled up. User's recommendation: I found the original app very helpful, and it looks like this one will likely work well also.
