Tour that Headout has cancelled

Good afternoon I received a mail from you informing me that my tour in Sevilla - SUPER COMBO CATEDRAL, ALCAZAR REAL e ARQUIVO DE INDIAS - booking reserve 677****, for 10/june, 9am - have been cancelled and you ask me if I want my payment back. I answer Your mail immediately asking for the cash back of the payment and until this moment, nobody answer neither this mail nor the 2 other mails I sent back. Unfortunately, yesterday without being my decision, I cancelled my tour for tomorrow - CATEDRAL De CÓRDOBA, 11/june, at 12:30h - Booking.com reserve 677****. Again and immediately I sent you another mail asking to preserve my reservation for tomorrow, 11/June in Córdoba, but unfortunately and again nobody answered my mail. Can you please see that two situations and answered me or calling me to +351962****25 or +351962****60. PLEASE ASWER ME AND GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ON THIS TWO SUBJECTS. Thank you so much.
