Failure to Keep an Appointment

CSC Service Works is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. They do not answer the phone at the number they provide. I filled out a service request online and they never responded. My management company made an appointment and they failed to come. I finally reached a person and when I complained she hung up on me. I User's recommendation: Never hire this company.
