Dongle with simcard in laptop no longer works.
I've been using a dongle with simcard in my laptop for years now without problems. All of a sudden it will not connect to the internet. I bought data on 02/12/20, valid for 365 days, at Cell C Preller, Bloemfontein. I tried simcard in neighbour's laptop and also in my Smart TV, but still no connection. I have 2 Cell C interconnected simcards: 074 096 **** (main simcard in my cellphone) and 064 219**** (suppl. simcard in dongle for laptop). As Cell C no longer operates in Bloem, what am I to do to solve this query? Also when I try to submit query on your website (with login), I do not receive an OTP. Please let me know.Thanks.
