Fibre order missing after payment

Ordered fibre a week ago and paid online. Phoned to get an update when it will be installed an after being transferred from sales to support and back a gain a couple of times, they admitted that the order is not on the system. A manager promised to look into it and phone me back, still waiting. Phoned cancellations to cancel the order and get my money back. they cant help me because the order was not on the system. Useless!!!!
