Cenlar Bank is neglecting their unoccupied and unsold property Located 2018 13th Ave, Rockford Illinois. They refused to shovel the snow all winter long. Now its May 5th, 2021 and they are unwilling to keep up with yard work and property maintenance. Weeds are 18 inches high. I have complained numerous times because I am a proud homeowner and am subjected to their nasty unkept property. Their property is the only property on my block that is filthy nasty and abandoned. User's recommendation: Do not buy their property. Good luck trying to reach them. I’ve always been placed on hold for at least one hour and 20 minutes.
