I use the MSNBC app on my iPad or Apple TV and it fails often. I have deleted it and downloaded it again, but it still happens. When I use the app to watch a live broadcast the app does a number of things. It will connect and start to show the program, but then interrupts in the middle of a conversation with a commercial. I don’t mind that, as long as it goes back to the show where it interrupted it, but last night I watched 8 commercials and finally just turned it off to watch it today as an On Demand show. The other failure I experience with the app is the disappearance of a feature on tablets called Picture in Picture. I used to be able to use the app using that feature regularly, but it doesn’t work now. Please fix this. Please. Thanks.
