Smok scar mini several problems

I purchased a smok scar mini from Vaporwize about a month ago. I took it to the store and they worked with it and were unable to get it to work. The watt setting reverts back to 1 watt and will not allow to raise. I also had problems with the power lock, also the light on the setting screen stays on. The employee at Vaporwize said that your customer service was excellent and to contact you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
