We canceled An ordered for cell phones that were ordered from ATT due to a shipping problem. ATT said no charges would be made To my card. Square trade has charged me for insurance for 2 months on 3 phones that were never even sent by ATT. Was told by square trade I didn't cancel it and had to pay For the insurance and Could not get a refund for the 2 payments. Very fraudulent company with very bad customer service. So glad my payment was made by a credit card and that company has stopped all charges and is disputing the charges. They have the canceled email from ATT and agreed that what square trade was doing was wrong. Buyer beware User's recommendation: Buyers beware.
