So disappointed with their change to Cottage Cheese soup

I loved Breakstone's Cottage Cheese all of my life. It was firm and tasty. It now is soupy and the taste has changed. I contacted the company, but they say it has not changed. If not, then why is everyone complaining? They gave me a coupon for a new container. The new containerI was as soupy as the previous one. I threw it away.
