I had a complaint on a sweep and trap product. I had purchased to sweep and trap brooms. They were awful and did not do the job. Your representative explain to me that they had been off the market for several years. I couldnt believe it because I had Recently purchased them in a reputable store. However she is refunding me the money in a gift card. Needless to say I am delighted with your customer service User's recommendation: I would definitely recommend swiffer and how they stand by their products.
