Refund not done right

We sent something back to Ginnys it was credited to my account I didnt owe anything on my account so the person giving the refund dident check I did get my refund 6 weeks after they received it. It was over 400.00 dollars it would have been nice to get it sooner then that User's recommendation: Don’t forget to check your account carefully every month.
