TOA does a great job marketing the lifestyle for 55+ communities, but beware of their aggressive sales staff and misleading pricing. You will never be able to know what your new home will cost until after you sign a contract that you must place a deposit that you will never get back unless you legally fight for it. They have poor communication and understaffed departments that cannot serve their customers. User's recommendation: Run away or do not sign anything until you get all your questions answered regardless of their protocol.
