Update by user Jun 27, 2018 I am still getting charged extra money after no answers at all from the rental office, and now it is going on Newport paperwork.., when will this end as im on a fixed income and still dont know WHY and WHAT these changes are for,,Please forward this to NEWPORT , and i want answers as the office staff has changed, and not for the better i may add.. Thanks Original review posted by user May 24, 2018 I do not have diret deposit, I pay whatever is on the paperwork they send to me by mail,, recectly we have had a change in management and have been lied to by the new manager, she keeps sending me forms to pay more and seeing as I go by whats written on your bill that comes to me I am unaware of what this charge is, Ive got with the new manager and she has lied to me saying I wont get another and Ill file it in my pc, well, I did get another one, but have no clue as to why Im being charged more....I even gave the bottom prt of your bill to the office along with my check, Ive been here over 4 years and never received anything like this....Plese mail me back as to whats going on....
