June 14, 2019; Cleveland Heights, OH - Appt. scheduled for Friday to have gas turned on at recently purchased home. Confirmed 2 automated calls; waited from 8am-noon for service rep; our car in driveway; doorbell (extremely loud) functioning; 4 adults inside unpacking boxes in a 3-story condo; service rep arrives at 11:15am and does NOT even RING THE DOORBELL; he leaves a note on the door and is gone. Company would not send him back. We were 9 days without gas (no hot water), started work on Monday (cold showers), and had to arrange to be home for a reschedule. Terrible customer service when trying to get a manager on the phone line, which we were never able to do and no one returned our calls.
