Went online to pay my bill on the 10/18/19 Due Date. Filled out all forms and nothing took. Wnt back in and filled out form again but pay date reverted back to 10/6/19 pay date when I was online.

Got an email confirming payment on 10/6. Immediately went back on site to cancel this payment but unable to do so on the site ANYWHERE. Tries calling but customer service closed till morning. Filled out survey form explining problem and tried to print but my comments diidnt print! Only the blank survey form printed. Called next morning CS and spoke to Lewis at 0804. Told me nothing they could do and if I wanted a refult would charge me $12.17 for returned check fee. Spoke to supervisor Ms Chris (WOULDN'T GIVE LAST NAME) nothing she could do because must wait 10 days to see if my check clears before repaying me (MY CHECK CLEARED AT MY BANK). Poor Website Design, Poor Customer Service, Poor Online Payment Process, Will never use this online payment format again.
