My name is Shannon Hall. I called a couple of weeks ago in regards to a new home that was built across the street from me. The field next to a home just built was unkept and I spoke to Diana from Gehan Houston office and she was awesome because she did exactly what she said she would do. She voiced my concerns to the managers they complied by coming out the next day and cleaning up the fields around the area.
