Only 3 people are allowed in to order at a time. That is appropriate. However, other people are waiting in a very, very small entry way. The other day 5 people were crowded into this very small area. This is not appropriate, It is dangerous during the pandemic to be crowded so close together. I love Boston Market, but they need to put up a sign saying only 2 people can be in the waiting area at a time. A man was trying to explain this to the staff in an angry way. I agreed with him, but tried to be more gentle about it. Really, it is a health issue and should be addressed. User's recommendation: Wait outside if the entry is too crowded.
