Ticket cancelation

I booked ticket on March 2020 via travel2be but during covid 19 o could not travel. Qatar airways offer open ticket for 2 years. When i tried to rebook the ticket qatar airways told me its refunded by travel2be while i dont asked to refund and i didnt get the money also I amialed many amails to the site but not body reply me User's recommendation: Please dont book from travel2be or travelgenio.
