Five days before Mothers Day I placed an order. On the day before Mothers Day they sent to me an email stating that the order was delivered. It was not. On Mothers Day at 10pm then sent me an email stating that the order was never even assigned to a local florist to make the delivery. So, my 88 year old mother in assisted living never received Mothers Day flowers. 1800flowers is dishonest, evil. User's recommendation: Never use this company. Call your local florist or use another site.
