I was on hold for an hour and a half and no one ever picked up my call after being transferred. They dont care about any of your problems after you purchase their pool, they are rude. The glued a piece onto the ionizer chamber which makes no sense because after getting a new chamber, I cant get the old piece off I need for the new one. I dislike them very much, Id like to throw this pool in front of their office!! User's recommendation: Stay away.
