The outside sign is not light and is turned off so that it appears from the outdoors to be closed. The building has tinted windows therefor the fact that it i is lite is not evident. There are customers that are going to Denny;s and the Waffle House that would prefer to go to Perkins however do not know it is open. It is only by word of mouth that any customers come in.
