I've been dealing with these jokers for weeks the NVR system I bought has giving me nothing but problems SWNVR-168580. I've spent hours on the phone with their tech support just for them to say what I diagnosed right away. Now I've been waiting on the warranty department to give me some type of RMA number to send some POE cameras back. These guys are a joke and I do not recommend them to anyone. User's recommendation: Never buy a Swann System.
