They owe me money, yet they have closed my account

They stopped payment for £59.95, which was taken without my permission, so they gave me a refund of £30, which left £29.95 in my account but closed my account WHY!!, if you dont either give me a refund of whats owing to me,or reopen my account I will have no hesitation but to report you to Trading Standards
