Charged twice multiple times

Purchased new car. Dealer peeled old toll tag off windshield, put it on new car. Received "ZipCash" bill for paper tag even though I was billed for the toll tag. Called NTTA, thought it was solved (new tag sent). Wrong...received ZipCash Bill for same car AND new Toll Tag. I'm covering my license plate... User's recommendation: AVOID NTTA roads.
