They are a minimum of 180 days behind in payments -that's 6 months! This is for pre-approved procedures. We are out over $8,000 that we paid to providers in November of last year. Still no reimbursement and their entire reply to our inquiry was "no one knows when they will write a check" - seriously that was the entire reply from their customer service specialist. Do not go with Liberty Healthshare. User's recommendation: Do NOT go with Liberty Healthshare.
