On 7/12/21 ordered carryout meal, Ticket 0074; 6:27 pm from Carrabba's in Baltimore, Md, told girl I wanted Dine Rewards point added and gave her my number. My check was $21.51. She said she would do same. It was not done. I called store this afternoon, folks very rude, hung up on me twice, then told to call 1-800 number and they didn't know what that number was. I eat here often and just like doing the Dine Rewards points here and at Outback. Thanks. Nancy Trueheart User's recommendation: Try to assure they put your points in computer.
