Monthly mobile subscription charges for a service I am not using.
I purchased a mobile phone and received a sim card but I already have a contract with a service provider. I have not used your mobile service but receive a monthly charge of $5.99. I have not been able to cancel these charges because for some reason my provider cannot explain I am not receiving emails from Kogan.com. Would you please arrange for these charges to be stopped.
