I ordered a bialetti coffee maker and received the wrong one

I have contacted them several times and they have not gotten back to me. I am extremely disappointed as I really wanted to give the six cup coffee maker as a present this weekend. Furthermore, I have paid extra for the six cup maker and would expect to get a refund on the price difference but no one has gotten back to me Ideally I want the six cup maker for 18th April
