I transferred $20 two times last night on the 9th which would have came up to 1799 each

So when I went to take the money off the card at the ATM it declined it but it shows on my account and email that the two times transfer of 20 was accepted but then when I call my card there is only a dollar on there I need to know where the missing money has went
