Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home they never arrived, they offered an upgrade to be delivered to the families address they never arrived. When contacting them they said they had left them at the post office, there was no mention of this what so ever. They offered new bouquet of flowers or a credit, l ask for a full refund to be told they don't refund! All l can say is don't buy from this company, they will rip you off!!! They don't deserve a rating!!
