Poor Follow Up on Appliance Delivery

I purchased $13,000 of GE appliances from the GE Store in Feb 2019 to replace those that were damaged during Hurricane Florence. They would not delay my delivery beyond March 31st even though we told them we would not be able to be back in our house until July. When they delivered them the appliances were placed in the garage. We were told to call back when the house was ready for them to be installed. Now they tell me that installation is outside some 30 day time window. We were willing to pay for the install. Don't tell me that GE CARES - they don't. Disappointed in the company. Will not buy from GE Store again. A local vendor would have been more supportive.
