Wrong name on my sons acct

This is going on 2 weeks new since the supposedly fixed the problem!!! Well My son needs his scores !!! There are no scores to be found!!! I am so mad right now b/c I spent over an hour with this guy on the phone and he told me everything would be fixed.... User's recommendation: Don't believe it till you can pull up the acct and see it for yourself!!!
