I have been having problems with extremely slow internet and called for a service person to fix the problem On 2 different occasions we had a time book with Bell Alient and no one came to fix the problem or call me to tell me what was going on . 2 x i had to book off work and to this say my internet is so slow that i can barely send this text. I have been a loyal member with bell for over 20 years and this service to both internet and service to me is horrible. Im canceling my service with Bell Alient and will be going to a much better provider User's recommendation: The service is not what it was before buyer beware.
