I HAD ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE CONTRACT I WAS PROMISED AT THE TIME I EXTENDED IT. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BUT TO DATE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE ACTUAL CONTRACT WITH THE CONTRACT NUMBER, NAME OF RECIPIENT, PRODUCT APPLICATION, DATES OF SERVICE, ETC. User's recommendation: MORE TROUBLE THAN IT IS WORTH. DON'T BOTHER.
