The worst customer service ever. Still no one has resolved my complaint

I called customer service because the app was not working nor was the website and it had been saying the same thing for over 24 hours. The first person I spoke with talked to me like I was stupid and put me on hold then hung up on me. Then called again was on hold for over a hour the woman that tried to help me couldn't help me then she got a attitude with me when I asked to talk to her manager. Then was put on hold for 45 mins someone answered acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up on me again I called again and that person had additude problem too so I just said *** it and waited till next day and website was working said *** it and wair on me User's recommendation: Their fees are extremely high charges u to get your own money.
