I have traveled for 40 years and this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with! They will completely ignore you unless you inquire about a flight. Then it is almost harassment. I have been trying to get answers on flight credits I have due to COVID. NO response to numerous phone calls and emails. User's recommendation: Do not use them! They ignore you unless you are booking a flight.
