I had made a big order and had qualified for FREE express shipping. However the company they use for the express shipping is DHL and they charged me a import fees of 42.77$. (which I was not advised of or else I would have chosen ground shipping. My main issue is I emailed them about this to explain that they are false advertising free express shipping, if they would have advised me of the possible import fees then I would have chosen ground shipping. They did not even answer me back, which is the most frustrating. Not sure if I'll be ordering again if that's how their customer service is. Also I was only able to email them because they do not have a Canadian customer service line. (that I could find) User's recommendation: Always use ground shipping to avoid additional fees.
