Website bidding conflict

3

In my opinion when bidding on an item that exceeds market value...put simply " price gouging ." There should be a way to remove yourself when another person is selling the same item with more components at a set price listed much lower. This item was not listed when the original bidding started, what is the shame in shifting gear's to a better offer. I spoke with the salesman of the over priced item, he understood. But gun broker contacted me via email to charge me costs for him to relist the item. Please tell me how this falls on me, when you are selling an item above its value. User's recommendation: Do not bid on anything...contact seller for a better price.
