We placed an order for 5 Liters Copper Container with Stand, 2 Copper Glasses and 1 Copper Bottle and paid 1890/- including freight. What was delivered was only 5 Ltrs Copper Container with Stand only, once delivered checked and informed Naptol about missing 2 Copper Glasses and 1 Copper Bottle they registered complaint #5114**** against Order#8388**** till date no of item nor money. date no proper User's recommendation: on Followup with Customer Care, they disconnect, It is not trust worthy.
