I see a lot of bad reviews but my experience I ordered the bdx tuner and received it about one week later. This is a legit company. But I have not plug it up to the truck because I didnt think it would come because of the reviews so I put my truck in shop to get tuned and the next day received my tuner. User's recommendation: Legit company tuner was in perfect condition.
