Loyal customer that needs help

Company said they sent replacement using UPS and was already delivered on July 31 at 5:30pm my cameras dont lie. NEVER RECEIVED BIKE CHAIN COMBO. As a customer Im boiled at the moment for not having a working lock- replacement lock sent and never received- what do I do now? Been using this brand for OVER 30 YEARS,many purchases with Kryptonite but this has been a costly waste. Still without 2 month old lock cant ride electric bike anywhere, cant afford another 90 something bucks
