My DNA kit was sent to and received at the lab. Than, nothing happened anymore. For more than 2,5 months.... no communicatie, nothing. After calling them, MyHeritage claims I ordered my bank to get the money for the DNA set back. No such thing! There was never an amount paid back myheritage... Now they claim they destroyed my DNA set. So 98 gone and no refund... How does that rank in customer service land?
