The customer service asked that we send an email and they’ll try to make the refund go faster but we still have not received anything yet so... Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2021 We booked last year flight tickets with Bravofly for 19.09.2020 till 26.09.2020 for 4 passengers. Before the date of the flight, one of the passenger was tested positive to Covid-19. He was also the person who booked the tickets. He asked bravofly to cancel his ticket as he could not fly. Bravofly canceled by mistake all 4 tickets and we (the 3 other passengers) only heard about it on the way to the airport. We therefore had to buy new tickets at the airport with the most expensive price so we could bord. Since then, we are still waiting on our refund. Important to add: we have booked our tickets with extra fees for insurance in case of cancellation...! User's recommendation: Do not book with Bravofly unless you’ll take the flight in the next hours and your 100000% sure you can make it!
