NO customer Service for Cowbow Activities. Reserved 2 x at WestgateRiverRanch, 1st confirmation #1535**** cancelled 1x due to Hurricane, 2nd effort, our car engine blew up and 4 hr tow back to Ft. Lauderdale. Allowed to make new reservation by 8/6; tried again today; confirmation 1542**** , unable to get horseback reservations. refund denied req.Asked for full re refund, NO for $$ charged, unacce User's recommendation: Would go anywhere but here.
