Washer not working

We've been out a washer for 4+ months now. Whirlpool has been making us pay out of our own pocket to go to the laundry mat for this long ($300+ out of our own pocket so far) and they are NOT reimbursing us for it. They told us we just have to wait for our new washer to come in and they don't know an exact date on when it will arrive. User's recommendation: NEVER buy from Whirlpool.
